About Me.
Just your average redhead.
Yes, I was "that kid" who took every art class I could, and not JUST because they're easy. I was inspired to create at a very young age. Fine arts came first; clay, acrylic, watercolor, pastels, whatever I could get my hands on. Soon after came my obsession with graphic design. As soon as I got my hands on Photoshop, it was all over.
I graduated from Merrimack Valley High School in June of 2008. From there I went on to Lakes Region Community College, which is where I learned many of the amazing techniques and talents I use today. I graduated with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design. My professors introduced me to the rest of the creative suite; Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and even some Final Cut Pro. I was lucky enough to begin getting my real life experience while I was in college. Starting at NH Motor Speedway when I was 19, as their Communications Assistant. Next I made the switch to being my own boss, as Redhead Designs. Freelancing lasted awhile as I went to school, and completed my internship for a local real estate office. Soon after I began serving, although it was not in my career, I learned so much from my year at The Yolk. After that I got my first big girl job, at the NH Food Bank as the PR and Marketing Coordinator. Again, I learned a lot from this job, but it still wasn't home, and I was to young to settle. Finally I came to Advantage Signs, Inc & NHWraps.com. I've been apart of their team for just over a year and I love it. Not only am I the graphic designer, but I am also a sales person. That's enough words for now, if you're a right brained person like me, it's time for pictures. |
